We are building an innovative conversational voice-based AI platform for the restaurant industry.

One of the first products already being deployed at scale is an automated order-taking system for Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). The solution improves customer experience, increases sales, and helps reduce operational pressure on restaurant staff.

The system processes audio streams in real time and runs advanced AI algorithms to support natural voice interaction.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience with Python
• Experience in backend development and software design
• Experience building and deploying production systems
• Mentoring or technical leadership experience, including code reviews and guiding other engineers
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

About the Role

The backend is built entirely in Python and runs in the cloud on Kubernetes.

This is not a typical backend focused on UI interactions. The system processes real-time audio streams and executes key AI algorithms.

The role involves designing and implementing complex backend components, working with distributed systems, and building services that handle concurrency, performance, and large-scale workloads.

You will be responsible for building reliable, scalable backend services that support real-time AI-powered interactions.
