Shopify CRO Designer

We are looking for a Shopify CRO Designer to join our team on a part-time basis and help design high-performing Shopify stores for DTC brands.

You will work with our team (developers, CRO specialists, and project managers) to create conversion-focused UX/UI for Shopify e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities

• Design Shopify pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Create landing pages, product pages, and homepage layouts
• Work with premium Shopify themes and adapt sections for custom layouts
• Conduct UX research and improve user journeys
• Use AI tools to support design workflows
• Occasionally join client discussions when needed

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design for e-commerce
• Understanding of CRO principles and user behavior
• Experience working with Shopify themes
• Ability to design conversion-focused layouts
• English B2+ for client communication
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify premium themes
• Experience with CRO audits
• Experience with AI image generation or graphics
• Ability to support branding tasks, such as creating brand books, logos, and visual identity elements
