Senior full-stack developer (NestJS/Next.js/MongoDB)

I am looking for a lead developer (hands-on with architect mindset) for a production-grade AI platform. Please, present ONLY your single best fit who matches 100% of these requirements:

1. English: Must be at a high, fluent, and professional level.
2. Experience: 4-5+ years of Fullstack experience with specific expertise in Next.js, NestJS, and MongoDB.
3. AI Expertise: Proven experience leading and building an AI-agent platform at production scale (Not just wrappers or MVPs), in other words - experienced building production-grade AI infrastructure that handles complex orchestration, decisioning, and autonomous workflows at scale, prioritizing observability and reliability over simple model wrappers
4. Ownership: A self-led developer who can take full ownership of complex features end-to-end and lead the development process.
5. Cloud Infrastructure: Architectural understanding of AWS resources (S3, ECS, Lambda, Bedrock, etc.).
6. Startup Mindset: Hands-on experience working in very small, fast-paced startups under high pressure.
7. Commitment: Available for a full-time, long-term position (1 year+).
