Fortran Developer with background in Math

One of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry has a need to develop and support enterprise information system in Oil & Gas domain.

• Responsibilities:

  * Build and tune numerical optimization workflows (e.g., Bayesian optimization) to improve model/system performance.
  * Develop and maintain scientific/HPC code in Fortran.
  * Work independently on research, problem solving, and delivery with minimal supervision.
  * Collaborate with international teams (US/China).

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  Strong mathematical education and proven professional experience applying it in practice.
  Solid knowledge of Fortran.
  Hands-on experience with numerical optimization for models/systems, such as Bayesian optimization (this is the most critical requirement).
  Ability to work independently for extended periods, with minimal supervision.

• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  PhD is a strong plus.
  Prior experience in the oil & gas domain is a plus.
