For our partner, we are looking for a Head of Sales Operations & Quality (Web3 / FinTech)

The company is a fully confidential cryptocurrency wallet designed for businesses. They help companies operate with crypto securely, efficiently, and privately. Their team is building a product that combines cutting-edge technology, high security standards, and a seamless user experience.

They don’t need a simple "sales administrator." They need a system architect who will build an environment where the sales team thrives and closing high-value deals becomes an inevitable result of the process.

The candidate won’t be closing deals personally — they will be building the engine that makes sales seamless, scalable, and data-driven. They are scaling their next-gen crypto-processing infrastructure, and the mission is to ensure the sales force operates with surgical precision.
 

Your scope of responsibility:

  • Design and implement a world-class onboarding system. The goal is to drastically reduce the "Time-to-ramp" for new team members.
  • Monitor calls, chats, and negotiations to directly influence and improve the quality of client interactions.
  • Master HubSpot. Optimize the funnel, automate routine tasks, and maintain data hygiene to ensure total pipeline transparency.
  • Lead workshops on value-based selling and the specifics of the Web3 market. You don’t just point out mistakes; you provide the tools to fix them.
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, and conversion rates at every stage. You provide the CBDO with a "health report" of the department through clear, actionable dashboards.
     

Who they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, Enablement, or Quality Management within FinTech, Banking, or Crypto.
  • You understand the crypto-landscape (custody, liquidity, compliance) and don’t need a dictionary to explain what a fiat on-ramp is.
  • A track record of mentoring teams. You know how to turn a newcomer into a top-performer through structured coaching.
  • You live by metrics. You don’t "feel" the team is doing well — you know it because the data says so.
  • You hate chaos. When you see a bottleneck, your first instinct is to build a system to automate or eliminate the problem.
