What you’ll work on

• Backend development for high-load conversation processing services
• Building real-time analytics dashboards and data visualizations
• Integrating LLM-powered features (transcription, sentiment analysis, summaries)
• Developing scalable services and data pipelines
• Integrations with CRM and contact center systems (Zendesk, Genesys, Vicidial etc.)

You will work across the stack and own features end-to-end, from architecture decisions to production deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software
• Strong backend development with Python
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue / React)
• Ability to work across backend and frontend components
• Experience with scalable systems and APIs
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development
• Self-driven engineer able to take ownership of features
