Project Coordinator (offline)

We are looking for the non-classic Project Manager to coordinate the administrative team work of the Unit.Factory Kharkiv project.

Requirements:
- Have experience of 2 years (preferably in the field of IT-education) as a project manager
- Have experience with one of the technologies: JS, C, PHP, Java, C ++
- Have experience managing a team or business
- competently speak and write in Ukrainian, Russian and English
- You are proactive and ready to take responsibility for completing tasks
- You are interested in working in the field of IT education and you are ready to develop

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the work of the UNIT Factory Kharkiv team
- Distribution of tasks and scheduling team work
- Searching and implementation of new ideas to improve the project
- Presentation of the project on behalf of the team in all external communications
- Active participation in the development of the training program methodology
- Maintaining a horizontal organizational structure where all team members
interchangeable and flexible in their duties
- Communication on behalf of the team with the management company and the management of UNIT.Kharkiv
- Budget planning for the purchase of material resources
