Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you won't just be closing tickets; you will be an architectural cornerstone of our platform. You will join a multidisciplinary product team dedicated to building a "best-in-class" user experience. This role is designed for a technical leader who thrives in a hyper-growth environment and enjoys the balance between deep engineering and product strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Evolution: Take ownership of high-level architectural decisions to ensure the platform scales gracefully during our current hyper-growth phase.
• End-to-End Ownership: Design and implement robust, reusable APIs (Laravel) and sophisticated, high-performance frontend components (React/TypeScript).
• Technical Leadership: Lead project initiatives and coordinate small engineering pods (3+ developers) to deliver complex, high-impact features.
• Mentorship & Excellence: Elevate the team’s technical craft through rigorous code reviews, pair programming, and proactive knowledge sharing.

• Product Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to ensure that technical solutions align perfectly with real-world customer needs.

• Backend: PHP 8.x / Laravel
• Frontend: React.js / TypeScript
• Database: MySQL 8
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Methodology: Strong emphasis on TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Clean Code.

• Communication Skills: Fluent English proficiency. You can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and confidently join customer calls when a senior perspective is required.
