C#/.NET and Angular Developer

The project is primarily remote and offers a workload between 60% and 100%.

Your Responsibilities:
+ Develop core technical components for an MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
+ Example deliverables: message bus implementation, SDK (e.g., DB abstraction layer), generic archiving tool, configuration service
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to define interfaces and integration points
+ Ensure high code quality, reliability and observability of microservices
+ Present and communicate technical designs, progress and trade offs to stakeholders (developers, architects and other teams)
+ Own and drive technical initiatives end to end (e.g., SDK development), including governance, standards, documentation and adoption

Requirements:
MUST:
+ Senior-level expertise, with at least 5 years of experience in C# /.NET development.
+ Strong skills in Angular for frontend implementation
+ Deep understanding of microservice architectures, including design and implementation of distributed systems
+ Proficiency in SQL and working with relational database systems
+ Strong technical mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
+ Proven hands‑on experience in building and operating performance‑critical and reliability‑critical microservices as well as core MES components, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and robust fault tolerance in production environments
+ Primary focus on backend development and microservices (architectural experience is a plus)
+ Very good German and/or English language skills.

NICE TO HAVE:
+ Experience in architecture and system design
+ Proficiency with Kubernetes (K8s)
+ Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
+ Knowledge of Redis
+ Experience with APISIX or a comparable API gateway solution
+ Strong skills in Docker and containerization
+ Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably using Azure DevOps)
+ Practical experience implementing Security by Design (threat modeling, secure coding, authn/authz, encryption, secrets management, CI/CD security)
