Sales Manager

Live and Study in Europe is an international company that has been providing legal relocation support to Europe since 2013. We work with clients from over 60 countries, offering personalized immigration solutions aligned with current European public policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust in the company and ensure our customers are provided with accurate product knowledge

• Achieve international sales goals set by the management team

• Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships

• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and departmental KPIs

• Uncovering customer’s needs and presenting an accurate high-level overview of our value proposition

• Listening to unique business problems and communicating easily understood solutions

• Develop and maintain deep expertise of Live and Study in Europe’s products and best practices to provide value to customers

• Provide personalized support that aligns with our company brand and voice, directly impacting our customer retention

• Assisting with the creation of immigration-related content and client testimonials, its distribution to existing customers, and future prospects

• Accompaniment of clients upon their arrival in the destination country, placement and paperwork processing to legalize long-term stay when required

• Ability to work harmoniously with others towards individual and team targets

Requirements:

• University diploma in business, marketing, economics, or other closely related areas

• Advanced English verbal and writing skills

• 2−3 years' experience in international sales

• Track record of quota achievement

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications
