Front-end Developer

Workiz is a field service management platform trusted by over 120,000 pros in trades like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We help service businesses schedule, dispatch, invoice, get paid, and grow – all from one place.

The role

We're looking for a marketing developer to own the Workiz marketing web stack end to end – site, forms, tracking, interactive tools, and automation. You'll work inside the marketing team, shipping pages that convert and keeping our data infrastructure clean and reliable.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the marketing site – currently WordPress, planning migrating to modern stack.
• Build forms with HubSpot integration, hidden field attribution, and clean data flows
• Own GTM, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity – tags, triggers, dataLayer, event tracking, behavioral analysis
• Develop interactive tools (calculators, quizzes, benchmarks) to drive engagement and capture leads
• Run A/B tests and optimize pages for conversion
• Manage site performance, SSL, cookie consent, and privacy compliance
• Implement AI-powered workflows for content automation and personalization

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of front-end development experience
• Strong React and Next.js skills with production experience
• WordPress development experience (theme/plugin customization, PHP basics)
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, or similar)
• Solid CSS skills – Tailwind, CSS Modules, or styled-components
• Hands-on GTM, GA4, and event tracking experience
• HubSpot or similar CRM integration experience (forms, properties, data sync)
• Understanding web performance, and technical SEO
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, async-first setup

Nice to have

• Microsoft Clarity or similar behavioral analytics tools
• Animation/motion skills (Framer Motion, GSAP)
• AI/ML content personalization or automation experience
• Familiarity with cookie consent platforms
