To support this growth, we are looking for a driven Shopify Technical Specialist who will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our Shopify stores while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
 

About the Role

As a Shopify Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our Shopify store to ensure smooth operations and an excellent user experience.
 

You will play a key role in store setup, technical improvements, and UX optimization, helping us scale our e-commerce operations efficiently.
 

Expect diverse technical challenges, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow your Shopify expertise while working with a fast-growing portfolio of brands.

Your Responsibilities
 

Product & Content Management

• Create and edit product listings
• Manage product variations, inventory, and pricing
• Organize collections
• Maintain the Shopify blog
• Optimize landing pages for promotions
   

Design & UX Optimization

• Customize Shopify themes and templates
• Optimize layouts using HTML/CSS/JS
• Install and test Shopify apps
• Improve site structure and UX
   

Order & Customer Management

• Process orders and track order statuses
• Manage returns
• Handle customer inquiries and reviews
   

Payments & Shipping

• Configure payment gateways
• Optimize shipping processes
• Configure tax settings
   

Marketing & Promotions

• Implement SEO optimizations
• Manage ad integrations and improve site speed
• Support email marketing automation
• Set up and monitor promotions
• Collect reviews and UGC
   

Technical Maintenance

• Monitor website performance and updates
• Maintain security and integrations
• Manage backups
   

Analytics & Reporting

• Track sales, conversions, and KPIs
• Analyze ad campaigns and promotions
• Prepare reports
   

Collaboration with Teams & Partners

• Work with marketing, logistics, and accounting teams
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
   

Documentation & SOPs

• Develop and maintain SOPs
• Audit and update legal documents when necessary
  
  It’s a Plus If You Have
• Experience integrating Shopify with marketplaces
• Experience with subscription models and LTV analytics
• Knowledge of multi-language and multi-currency Shopify setups
