Python Developer (Django)

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team and take ownership of a backend system with complex business logic. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with Django-based applications and comfortable navigating existing architecture.
 

Requirements

- Strong experience with Django

- Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)

- Understanding of backend architecture and complex business logic

- Basic DevOps knowledge (deployment, monitoring, or infrastructure basics)

- Experience with Celery for background tasks

- Familiarity with Grafana or similar monitoring tools

- Ability to work independently and quickly onboard into an existing project
 

Responsibilities

- Maintain and develop backend services using Django

- Work with complex business logic and existing system architecture

- Develop and maintain APIs using DRF

- Monitor system performance and help maintain system stability

- Collaborate with the team to improve backend processes and reliability
 

Nice to have

- Experience working with production systems

- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability

- Experience supporting existing products and improving legacy code
