Senior React Native Developer (Poland, Romania) $$$$

The client is a market leader in the provision of employee benefits in the West of Europe.

The scope of the project is : Development, sustaining, testing and support for existing and new software applications, products and platforms.
We are following the client processes in terms of development, testing, product development, security and quality, in order to provide the needed support in maintaining and extending their internal tools.

Must-Have
3+ years recent React Native production experience (not web React)
Shipped apps to App Store and Google Play
TypeScript proficiency
Native module bridging experience (iOS & Android)
Modular architecture / app shell design thinking
State management at scale (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Mobile CI/CD experience (Fastlane, Bitrise, or similar)
Performance awareness (startup time, bundle size, Hermes)
Ability to mentor engineers transitioning from Flutter
Pragmatic delivery mindset — MVP speed over perfection

Nice-to-Have
Swift/Kotlin basics for native debugging
E2E testing (Detox, Maestro)
OTA updates (CodePush or similar)
Deep linking, push notifications, OAuth/OIDC flows

Soft Skills
Clear architectural communication
Cross-team collaboration (module teams integrate into the shell)
Comfortable with code reviews as a teaching tool
Working proficiency in English

Job Responsibilities

• Take a full ownership of ReactNative development, including mentoring and leading an existing team
• Cooperate with web designers and Product Owner to define user experience and interface
• Close cooperation with customer R&D team on regular basis, full driving of e2e service creation
• Speed up application development, help to improve application performance and infrastructure, move endpoints to use GraphQL
• Write well designed and efficient code by using the best software development practices, participate in code review process
