Required Tech Stack:
Strong expertise in .NET and C#
Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines)
Experience with Service Fabric (on-premise)
Knowledge of Angular and/or React

Project Scope
The contractor will support a cybersecurity remediation project with focus on Service Fabric integration, SSDLC compliance, and CI/CD automation within an on-premise environment.

Expected Deliverables
1. Service Fabric Integration
-Fully ported and functional code deployed as Reliable Services or -Containers in an on-premise Service Fabric cluster
-Optimized service-to-service communication
-Proper state management (Stateless/Stateful services)
-Integrated health monitoring
2. SSDLC Compliance Package
-Integration of security gates within the development lifecycle (SAST/DAST reporting)
-Secure configuration management implementation
-Identity provider integration (OIDC / OAuth2)
-Implementation of data encryption standards
3. Automated CI/CD Pipelines
-Infrastructure as Code (IaC)-based deployment pipelines
-Automated testing and security scanning
-Zero-downtime rollouts (rolling upgrades) to the cluster
4. Documentation & Handover
-Detailed technical documentation of the new architecture
-Knowledge transfer sessions for internal DevOps and security teams
