Quintagroup is looking for a GTM Strategist!
We work with B2B tech clients across Europe and North America, helping them build digital products and scale their teams. As we grow our client portfolio, we are looking for a GTM Strategist who will own lead generation strategy and help us build a structured, repeatable sales pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and document ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments for client engagements
- Build and manage outbound lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning tailored to each target segment
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align GTM execution with business goals
- Design and run multi-touch outreach sequences and monitor performance metrics
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities based on data and competitive landscape
- Support discovery calls and proposal preparation with market research and strategic input
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, campaign performance, and conversion rates
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy, lead generation, or B2B sales development, or a strong demonstrable background in outbound lead generation
- Proven track record of building and executing outbound pipelines in IT services
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making processes
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level)
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and automation platforms
