About the role
We’re looking for a part-time UI/Web Designer with a strong interface background who can take ownership of web product UI (terminals, dashboards, internal tools, etc.) and also support the team with visual marketing assets when needed (decks, banners, brand materials).
This is a hands-on role for someone who can generate design concepts from scratch, not just adapt existing layouts — and who actively uses AI tools to speed up ideation and production.
What you’ll do
- Design high-quality UI for web products: trading terminals, dashboards, web apps, data-heavy interfaces
- Create design concepts and visual directions from scratch (flows, components, style exploration)
- Work in Figma and maintain clean, scalable files (components, styles, reusable patterns)
- Design pitch decks / presentations when needed (layout, visuals, consistency)
- Create banners and marketing visuals (campaigns, announcements, social assets)
- Support brand identity development (visual system, typography/colors, consistency across materials)
Requirements
- Strong UI fundamentals + confident execution
- Strong experience designing web interfaces (not mobile-first)
- Ability to create design concepts, not just adapt existing layouts
- Strong portfolio with UI/interface projects
- Confident user of AI tools in design workflows (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in Web3
- Especially valuable: understanding of Solana ecosystem and/or trading interface patterns (terminals, charts, order flows, data density)
What we value
- Strong taste + attention to detail
- Speed without sacrificing quality
- Systems thinking (components, consistency, scalability)
- Clear async communication and iteration mindset
