Executive Operations Manager

We are looking for Executive Assistant who will become the right hand of the CEO and take on the coordination of the company's operational, administrative, and project tasks.


This is a role for someone who knows how to organize processes, keep everything under control, and get things done.

 

Your key tasks:

  • Coordinating the work of contractors and monitoring the quality and timeliness of their tasks
  • Supervising projects to create/update websites in the role of Project Manager
  • Organizing and supporting the company's operational and administrative activities
  • Communicating with partners and contractors in English
  • Supporting the CEO in daily work issues
  • Organizing meetings, trips, schedules, and internal processes
  • Resolving current organizational and administrative issues

  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Montenegrin - an advantage
  • Ability to drive and possession of a driver's license
  • Systematic approach, responsibility, attention to detail
  • Ability to keep processes under control
  • Strong communication skills
