Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (Client Acquisition Focus)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to focus exclusively on new client acquisition and outbound lead generation. This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys building pipelines from scratch and converting cold prospects into long-term partners. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential clients in the tech sector who require IT recruitment, outstaffing, or outsourcing services. The role is highly performance-oriented and suited for a professional who thrives on measurable results and revenue impact. You will own the top of the funnel and early sales cycle, with clear commission-based incentives tied directly to signed contracts. This position offers high earning potential for someone with strong outbound discipline and commercial instinct.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target companies in IT, fintech, SaaS, and digital sectors

Build and continuously maintain a structured outbound lead pipeline

Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and direct calls

Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls

Present company services and value proposition to decision-makers (CTO, CEO, HR, Talent Lead)

Generate and close new client contracts

Maintain CRM hygiene and structured reporting of outreach activity

Expand newly acquired accounts through proactive follow-ups

 

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development

Strong ability to generate leads independently (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)

Experience targeting decision-makers in tech companies

High level of persistence and resilience in cold outreach

Strong commercial negotiation skills

Self-organized, disciplined, and KPI-driven mindset

Fluent English

 

Nice to Have

Existing network in tech startups or scale-ups

Experience selling IT services, recruitment, or nearshore/offshore teams

Familiarity with EU or US markets

Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools
