Your primary responsibility will be identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential clients in the tech sector who require IT recruitment, outstaffing, or outsourcing services. You will own the top of the funnel and early sales cycle, with clear commission-based incentives tied directly to signed contracts. Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target companies in IT, fintech, SaaS, and digital sectors
Build and continuously maintain a structured outbound lead pipeline
Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and direct calls
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
Present company services and value proposition to decision-makers (CTO, CEO, HR, Talent Lead)
Generate and close new client contracts
Maintain CRM hygiene and structured reporting of outreach activity
Expand newly acquired accounts through proactive follow-ups
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
Strong ability to generate leads independently (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
Experience targeting decision-makers in tech companies
High level of persistence and resilience in cold outreach
Strong commercial negotiation skills
Self-organized, disciplined, and KPI-driven mindset
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Existing network in tech startups or scale-ups
Experience selling IT services, recruitment, or nearshore/offshore teams
Familiarity with EU or US markets
Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools
