Senior Full-stack Web3 Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Web3 Engineer to join our team and contribute to building modern blockchain-powered applications. You will work across the full technology stack — from frontend interfaces and backend services to on-chain integrations — delivering scalable and secure Web3 products used by real users.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end, working with decentralized systems, and solving complex product challenges in Web3 environments such as DeFi platforms, wallets, or blockchain-based services.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Engineer, including hands-on production experience with Web3 applications.
• Strong experience building dApps and Web3 integrations, including wallet connectivity, blockchain RPC interaction, indexing, and transaction processing.
• Understanding of DeFi primitives such as DEXs, swaps, lending, liquidity pools, and trading mechanisms.
• Experience with modern frontend development using TypeScript, React, Redux, or similar frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, C#, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience interacting with smart contracts and blockchain systems (e.g., Solidity, Ethereum-based ecosystems).
• Solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle: signing, submission, execution, confirmations, and failure handling.
• Strong focus on security best practices when designing and integrating Web3 systems.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work across the stack and take ownership of features from architecture to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Web3-enabled applications, including frontend interfaces, backend services, and blockchain integrations.
• Implement wallet connectivity and transaction flows, ensuring reliability and security.
• Build and maintain integrations with blockchain nodes, RPC endpoints, and indexing services.
• Work on DeFi-related functionality, including swaps, payments, settlement flows, and smart contract interactions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, monitoring, and observability across services.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve the platform’s technical foundations.
