Our company is looking to hire Manual QA Engineer. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote with no geographical restrictions.

About the product

You’ll be joining a project in the FinTech domain — a modern social trading platform that connects users, traders, and financial instruments into one convenient ecosystem. The platform is already in production and enables users to trade, follow strategies, and engage with others in a secure and transparent environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• As a Manual QA Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our users get a reliable and smooth product experience. Your tasks will include:
• Developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for our web application
• Performing manual testing of the web UI and REST APIs
• Identifying, isolating, and documenting bugs with clear steps and priorities
• Collaborating with the development team to clarify requirements and expectations
• Running regression tests to ensure fixes don’t introduce new issues
• Preparing concise and structured reports on testing results and defects
• Actively contributing to the improvement of QA processes and documentation
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in software testing
• Advanced knowledge of testing approaches, techniques, and methodologies
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience in working with test documentation (test plans, test cases etc.)
• Experience in web application testing
• Experience in API testing (RESTful API)

Nice to have: experience testing trading platform features such as orders, portfolio, transactions, and market data processing
