Software Engineer with Chess and Claude-agents experience

About the project: Personalized, adaptive chess education product based on learning science.

The project is about breaking chess training into thousands of atomic skills, which each need to be measured, trained and mastered.

So a lot of agentic coding, as well as developing chess teaching materials in our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized chess studying product
• Breaking chess into atomic skills, which should be measured, trained and mastered
• Use cutting edge learning science
• Agentic coding using Claude Code
• Use adaptive Learning Management System (LMS) to develop chess teaching materials

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer or Engineering Science
• Strong algorithmic background
• R&D experience. We need a talent who can drive product development, not just implement the atomic well-defined requirements
• Fan of chess and vibe coding. Adapt Gen AI tools, not resist to them
• Familiar with TypeScript
• Intermediate+ level of English
