Senior Rust Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Rust Developer to join a global blockchain project focused on tokenized gold and real-world digital assets (RWA). This role requires deep expertise in Rust, strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, and a security-first engineering mindset.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure smart contract infrastructure, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the reliability and performance of asset tokenization systems operating at international scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain secure smart contracts using Rust.
- Architect and implement tokenization logic for gold-backed digital assets.
- Contribute to blockchain protocol and system-level architecture decisions.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce strict security best practices.
- Collaborate with distributed international engineering and product teams.
- Continuously improve system resilience, audit readiness, and compliance alignment.

Requirements

- 4+ years of backend or systems programming experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Rust in production environments.
- Proven experience in blockchain development (Solana, Substrate, or similar ecosystems preferred).
- Deep understanding of smart contract security and common vulnerability patterns.
- Experience working with distributed systems and high-load architectures.
- Ability to work independently with a structured and ownership-driven approach.

Nice to Have

- Experience with tokenized assets or real-world asset (RWA) projects.
- Background in fintech, financial systems, or regulated environments.
- Understanding of cryptography fundamentals.
- Experience with performance optimization and low-level system design.
