Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riga. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
This role focuses on attracting and onboarding new merchants across Europe, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on European markets
- Conduct negotiations, deliver presentations, and prepare commercial offers
- Manage the full sales cycle- from first contact to successful onboarding
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure smooth client launches
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM systems
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with short sales and onboarding cycles
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, or high-risk industries is a strong advantage)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
- High level of self-organization, proactivity, and result orientation
- Fluent English (C1โC2)
- Existing network of warm industry contacts is a strong advantage
