Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riga. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

This role focuses on attracting and onboarding new merchants across Europe, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively attract and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on European markets
  • Conduct negotiations, deliver presentations, and prepare commercial offers
  • Manage the full sales cycle- from first contact to successful onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure smooth client launches
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM systems
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with short sales and onboarding cycles

 

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, or high-risk industries is a strong advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
  • High level of self-organization, proactivity, and result orientation
  • Fluent English (C1โ€“C2)
  • Existing network of warm industry contacts is a strong advantage
