We operate globally across Europe, LATAM, Asia, Canada, and other regions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and full compliance with international security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promote the company’s payment solutions
• Develop and manage clients within the high-risk vertical
• Own the full sales cycle: negotiation, pricing, contracting, and onboarding
• Conduct product presentations and demos
• Build forecasts, reporting, and sales analytics
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and risk factors
• Collaborate closely with Tech and Product teams
• Build and lead the Sales department

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Fintech / PSP / Payment Processing
• Mandatory experience in high-risk industries 
• Strong understanding of FTD / STD traffic and chargeback management
• Experience working with Visa / Mastercard / APM / Crypto settlements
• Solid knowledge of MDR, IC++, rolling reserve, and settlement logic
• Proven experience managing a sales team
• Demonstrated track record of achieving volume and revenue targets
