Business Developer

Out Of The Box Systems is looking for a proactive and systematic Business Developer to join our team. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and high-potential candidates eligible for our internship track. We are seeking a specialist who is passionate about building strong client relationships and is ready to invest in a long-term, mutually beneficial collaboration.

Workload

  • This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term B2B collaboration.
  • We offer a flexible schedule and remote work.
     

Responsibilities

  • Driving the full cycle of client engagement, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiating and closing agreements.
  • Systematizing and continually improving business development processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Enhancing the company's market position by expanding the service portfolio, refining value propositions, and optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Providing direct operational and strategic support to company leadership, including handling communications with potential clients.
  • Developing the team's client acquisition capabilities through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
     

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and a strong understanding of the project lifecycle in the IT sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, grounded in empathy.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and strategic abilities.
  • High degree of personal accountability, transparency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Intellectual flexibility and digital literacy, with a proven ability to quickly master new tools and processes.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
