Automation QA Engineer

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of commercial experience in QA (automation + manual)
• Practical experience with Selenium and/or Appium
• Strong understanding of test automation principles and framework structure
• Experience with one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Solid experience in manual testing (web and/or mobile)
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP protocols
• Experience with Git
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS)
• Intermediate English or higher
   

Would be a plus:

• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch or improving existing ones
• Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser/mobile testing platforms
• Experience with reporting tools (Allure, ExtentReports, etc.)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD
   

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications
• Support and improve existing automation frameworks
• Perform manual testing when required
• Conduct API testing and validate request/response data
• Maintain and update test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
• Participate in sprint activities (planning, estimation, retrospectives)
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
• Analyze test results and proactively identify quality risks
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
