Account manager/Junior Sales Specialist

We are a fast-growing affiliate marketing network specializing in connecting advertisers with targeted audiences to generate high-quality leads across global markets.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Specialist to join our team in a fully remote position. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to grow in the affiliate marketing and sales field while working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Collaborate with senior team members to recruit and onboard new affiliates.
• Monitor daily traffic and performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Support weekly performance reviews and help prepare feedback for affiliates.
• Assist in managing CAPs and lead statuses to drive ROI.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Handle affiliate and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (mandatory).
• B2 English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Academic background in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
