The product is redefining post-acute care by replacing fragmented, manual workflows with intelligent AI-driven automation. We help healthcare providers manage patients, not paperwork, by delivering robust throughput and intelligence across clinical, financial, and compliance operations. We are built by experts from Stanford Medicine, UCLA Health, and Amazon.

The Role: 

We are looking for a product-focused Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. You will be a key player in building our system, which involves developing sophisticated APIs that interface with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and building advanced web-scraping tools for healthcare referral platforms.

This isn't just a coding role; we are looking for an engineer who understands the "Why" behind the "What." You will work in a high-efficiency environment where AI tools (Cursor, Gemini, Claude Code) are part of the daily workflow to maximize output and quality.

Technical Stack

• Frontend: React (Proficient)
• Backend: Go (Primary/Preferred) or Node.js
• Languages: TypeScript (Strongly Preferred)
• Workflows & Scraping: Playwright, Temporal (Airflow experience is a plus)
• Data: EMR website scraping, PDF parsing, and data point extraction
• Architecture: System Design focus; Cloud-native development

What You’ll Do

• Automate Workflows: Design systems that remove data access bottlenecks and automate clinical data entry.
• Build the "Injection Track": Develop and maintain APIs that reliably scrape and sync data from EMRs and referral platforms in real-time.
• Collaborate via Design: Participate in "1s design discussions" to align on architecture before implementation.
• Leverage AI: Use modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, LLM wrappers) to build faster and smarter.
• Take Ownership: Move beyond task execution to ownership—meaning you don't just follow instructions; you understand the business context and ensure the solution fits the need.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience: You have a solid foundation in full-stack development and have worked on product-level code.
• Communication & Alignment: You understand that "going away and building the wrong thing" is a failure. You prioritize constant "connect" and alignment with the team.
• Problem Solvers: You are comfortable with the "messy" side of data—parsing PDFs, scraping complex websites, and ensuring data reliability.
• AI-Forward: You are already using AI coding tools to 2x your productivity.
