Casino Manager

We are hiring a Casino Manager with a few years of experience to oversee casino operations across multiple brands. The role combines casino content ownership, performance monitoring, and team management. The Casino Manager is responsible for managing and hiring the casino team and works closely with the Head of Casino on execution and day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Casino Operations & Content

  • Manage casino operations across multiple brands.
  • Own game lobby structure and categories:
    • Game positioning, sorting, and visibility.
    • Category logic and maintenance.
  • Ensure correct tagging, configuration, and presentation of games.
  • Coordinate new game and provider launches end-to-end.
  • Maintain consistency and quality standards across all brands.

 

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyse game and provider performance:
    • Turnover, GGR/NGR.
    • RTP deviations and anomalies.
    • Player engagement and trends.
  • Identify underperforming content and take corrective action.
  • Prepare clear performance insights and summaries for the Head of Casino.

 

Team Management & Hiring

  • Manage and develop the casino team.
  • Define responsibilities, priorities, and workload within the team.
  • Be fully responsible for hiring:
    • Defining role requirements.
    • Participating in interviews.
    • Onboarding new team members.
  • Ensure team output meets operational and quality standards.
  • Address performance issues directly β€” this role requires accountability.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and CRM to align game content with promotions.
  • Coordinate with Tech, Product, and external Providers on issues, fixes, and improvements.
  • Act as a point of escalation for casino-related operational issues.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in online casino management or casino operations.
  • Experience managing people and participating in hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of casino KPIs, RTP, and game performance metrics.
  • Experience working with casino platforms, aggregators, and providers.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused role.
