Sales Development Representative

Dynamica Labs — IT company specializing in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for clients across the US and UK markets. 

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for active B2B acquisition of new clients, as well as the professional management and development of existing accounts.  
 You will work with international companies, identify potential clients, initiate communication, and create new business opportunities for the sales team, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth. 
 

Requirements 

  • 1+ years of experience in IT sales / lead generation / SDR role 
  • Proven experience working with clients in the US market 
  • Strong understanding of IT services and CRM solutions 
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English for international communication 
  • Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills 
  • Ability to quickly qualify leads and identify decision-makers 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive mindset 
  • Ability to work independently and achieve activity-based KPIs 
     

Responsibilities 

  • Proactively search for and attract new clients, expanding the company’s customer base in the US market 
  • Support the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing 
  • Identify client needs, provide consultations on company services, and prepare tailored commercial proposals  
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and introductory product demonstrations 
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, supporting them throughout all stages of cooperation 
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reporting in CRM systems 
  • Achieve and exceed established sales KPIs and contribute to revenue targets
