Senior Python Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join a dynamic product engineering team that builds robust, scalable backend systems powering modern digital retail solutions. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python (Django, Flask or FastAPI).
• Architect scalable APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with product owners and frontend teams to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and support mid-level developers, conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues in production.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong expertise with Python web frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Experience building and scaling RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• English B2+
