Job Description
We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager to own and scale our sales function. This is a key role for a professional who has experience in IT outsourcing and is ready to build a predictable, structured sales process from scratch. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying target segments to closing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Sales Process Setup: Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), develop messaging strategies, and build a repeatable outbound sales funnel.
- Lead Generation: Execute end-to-end outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify incoming leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales pipeline within the CRM (HubSpot).
- Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and drive opportunities to signed agreements.
- Reporting: Maintain transparent CRM data and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry.
- Market Knowledge: Solid track record of selling software development services to Western markets (USA, Europe).
- Process Skills: Ability to set up and optimize sales workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing processes independently.
- Communication: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+/C1) for both verbal negotiations and professional writing.
- Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist), and CRM systems.
- Self-Management: Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
