UniversePay is an international high-risk payment infrastructure provider for B2B merchants. We onboard complex projects, connect them to stable acquiring solutions, and support their long-term growth.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead merchant onboarding, manage integration processes, and drive portfolio performance.

This role focuses on launch, operational control, and revenue growth — not lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize commercial terms with qualified leads
• Coordinate KYC/KYB and legal onboarding processes
• Define technical requirements and oversee integration
• Ensure connection of at least two payment channels
• Minimize time-to-live from contract signing to go-live
• Monitor transaction volumes, approval ratios, fraud, and chargebacks
• Improve portfolio profitability and merchant performance
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation

Requirements

• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk sectors
• Strong understanding of acquiring, routing, rolling reserves, and chargebacks
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to maintain commercial terms
• KPI- and performance-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience launching high-risk merchants
• Experience working directly with acquirers and PSPs
