We are seeking a Fullstack Developer (Python + TypeScript) to support a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions. (Outstaff collaboration)

Key Responsibilities:
● Actively use LLMs (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to generate, refactor, and document code at high speed.
● Develop and maintain business-critical features in Python and TypeScript.
● Swiftly review, validate, and adjust AI-generated code to ensure it meets production standards and architectural integrity.
● Work on core functionality related to real-time communications (calls, messaging, connectivity).
● Quickly sync with the existing team, providing immediate value and unblocking complex delivery tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:
● Practical, hands-on experience using LLMs in a professional development environment. You should be able to demonstrate how you use prompting and iteration to solve complex bugs or build features from scratch.
● Python: 3+ years of experience (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
● TypeScript/Node.js: 2+ years of experience (NestJS or similar).
● Databases: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB (modeling, efficient queries).
● Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS services and containerization (Docker).
● Communication: Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) for real-time collaboration.

Would be a big plus:
● RTC Domain Knowledge: Experience with WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, or Jitsi. Understanding how network conditions (latency, jitter) affect real-time apps.
● Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.
● Testing: Proficiency with Playwright or Vitest/Pytest.
