As we prepare to launch and maintain the application, we are looking for an experienced engineer to play a key role in this process and contribute to a growing, fast-paced company environment.
 

Role Overview
 

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work across backend, frontend, and web systems powering the UN1Q mobile application and website.

You will work heavily with Laravel, GraphQL, and complex business logic across both frontend and backend layers. The role also includes ownership of our website and future web applications, primarily built with WordPress and TypeScript-based frameworks, as well as an internal dashboard.

You will collaborate closely with product, mobile, and DevOps teams and play an important role in shaping the technical foundation of our wellness app and platform.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack of our mobile-first platform.
• Build and maintain backend services using PHP 8+ and Laravel, implementing clean and scalable business logic.
• Develop frontend components in modern JavaScript/TypeScriptand ensure smooth integration with backend services.
• Ensure consistency and performance of complex logic across both frontend and backend layers.
• Own and maintain the UN1Q website and related web applications, together with other teams.
• Develop, edit and maintain WordPress themes and plugins with a focus on performance and security.
• Integrate and manage e-commerce functionality, including Stripe, WooCommerce, and subscription/payment workflows.
• Optimize performance across APIs, databases, frontend applications, and website infrastructure.
• Follow clean coding standards, testing practices, and maintain CI/CD processes.
   

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in production environments.
• Strong experience with PHP 8+ and Laravel.
• Significant frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue, or similar).
• Experience integrating backend systems with mobile applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites, including plugin and theme customization.
• Experience integrating e-commerce systems.
• Solid understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly in English, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

• The following will be considered an advantage:
   
  • Vast experience with standards and best practices in the PHP and Laravel ecosystems.
  • Experience with modular frameworks and applications.
  • Experience developing tailored frameworks.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework.
  • Interest in or experience with athletics and/or medicine.
