Junior Frontend Developer
Rock&Apps is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Frontend Developer who cares about clean UI, performance, and real business impact 💻✨

You’ll collaborate closely with designers and the team to turn layouts into fast, responsive, and reliable interfaces. We value responsibility, clear communication, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain marketing landing pages
- Develop and improve the UI of our internal admin system
- Work closely with designers to implement UI accurately
- Optimize pages for performance, loading speed, and usability
- Debug and improve existing layouts and frontend logic
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including responsive mobile-first layout, cross-browser compatibility, and working with Flexbox and CSS Grid
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), including vanilla JS, DOM manipulation, events, async/await, fetch, and basic API interaction
- Experience with styling using SCSS and a CSS methodology such as BEM
- Experience working with Git: branches, commits, and resolving merge conflicts
- Basic understanding of modern build tools such as Webpack or Vite
- Understanding of frontend performance and optimization techniques, including lazy loading, image optimization (WebP), and page load speed
- Ability to work fast, decompose tasks, and confidently debug issues using browser DevTools (Elements, Console, Network)
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to designers and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of responsibility
