We’re looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys finding opportunities, talking to decision-makers, and turning hiring needs into real deals 

What you’ll do

  • Monitor job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to spot companies hiring devs
  • Reach out with tailored proposals (outstaff / outsource)
  • Communicate directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
  • Match client needs with our developers or teams
  • Track trends and discover new business opportunities

    You’ll be a good fit if you have
  • Ability to work from the office in Lviv
  • Understanding of how IT services work
  • Ability to write clear, convincing messages in English
  • Confident communication (B2+ English)
  • Proactive mindset and ownership

    Will be a plus:
  • Experience in IT sales (outsource/outstaff or similar)
  • Experience working with job platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
