We’re looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys finding opportunities, talking to decision-makers, and turning hiring needs into real deals
What you’ll do
- Monitor job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to spot companies hiring devs
- Reach out with tailored proposals (outstaff / outsource)
- Communicate directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
- Match client needs with our developers or teams
- Track trends and discover new business opportunities
You’ll be a good fit if you have - Ability to work from the office in Lviv
- Understanding of how IT services work
- Ability to write clear, convincing messages in English
- Confident communication (B2+ English)
- Proactive mindset and ownership
Will be a plus: - Experience in IT sales (outsource/outstaff or similar)
- Experience working with job platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset
