GEO Specialist / AEO Specialist / AI Search Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a GEO Specialist (also known as AEO Specialist / AI Search Optimization Specialist / Generative Search Optimization Specialist) to grow our visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines and increase high-quality brand mentions across generative platforms.

Format: Full-time or Part-time (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute our GEO/AEO strategy (visibility in generative/AI search + brand mentions).
• Audit and improve website content to be answer-ready (definitions, FAQs, comparisons, guides, use cases).
• Build content frameworks and briefs that increase the chance of being cited/mentioned.
• Define tasks for developers: schema / structured data and other GEO-related technical improvements.
• Set up and maintain monitoring: target prompts/queries, competitor benchmarks, reporting with action items.

Requirements (GEO is mandatory)

• Еxperience with GEO/AEO / AI search optimization (please share cases or examples).
• Strong SEO & content structuring fundamentals.
• Understanding of structured content + basics of schema (ability to create clear dev tasks).
• Data-driven approach: testing hypotheses, measuring impact, improving iteratively.
• English: Intermediate+.
