• 3+ years of Python backend development experience
• Experience integrating LLMs (Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector search
• Experience working with AWS services
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and async processing

Nice to Have

• Experience with serverless architectures
• Experience evaluating and improving LLM output quality
• Experience in public sector or healthcare-related systems

Job responsibilities

• Design and implement backend AI services in Python
• Integrate with AWS Transcribe and Amazon Bedrock
• Implement conversation summarization and structured information extraction
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines
• Implement report generation logic
• Work with DynamoDB, S3, and OpenSearch
• Improve reliability, performance, and output quality of AI services
