Job Description

• Medical Degree.
• Expert-level knowledge in the laparoscopy domain, including deep understanding of laparoscopic procedures, surgical workflow, and intraoperative anatomy.
• Strong knowledge of abdominal anatomy and key surgical landmarks (e.g., hepatobiliary structures, Calot’s triangle, cystic duct, gallbladder, liver).
• Demonstrated ability to set, enforce, and maintain high clinical and technical standards.
• Strong communication skills for delivering clear technical and clinical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Experience producing technical documentation, clinical quality rubrics, validation guidelines, or training resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Review annotated laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical videos.
• Verify correct identification of key abdominal anatomical structures.
• Ensure annotations align with clinical and technical guidelines.
• Provide structured feedback and correction instructions to annotators.
• Support quality control processes for medical imaging datasets.
• Document findings and track issues using project management tools.

Department/Project Description

Development of AI models for surgical phase recognition and anatomical structure detection during laparoscopic gallbladder removal procedures.
Annotators will receive structured training and continuous feedback from medical experts.
