QA Specialist

Your Role:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, stability, and reliability of our digital products and internal tools. Your core responsibility is to thoroughly test features, identify issues, and ensure that every release meets the highest standards before reaching users.
You will review new functionality, document bugs clearly, perform regression testing, and work closely with developers and product managers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Your ability to spot inconsistencies, think analytically, and maintain a structured approach will be essential to delivering error-free releases.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple test cycles without compromising accuracy. Even small mistakes can significantly affect product performance. Since product issues can arise at any time, your responsiveness and reliability are key. The entire team relies on your precision and feedback to keep our systems functioning smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Test new features across web and mobile environments to ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
  • Document bugs with clear descriptions, reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected outcomes.
  • Perform regression testing after fixes are deployed to ensure existing functionality remains stable.
  • Review user flows, design elements, and logic to validate consistency and usability.
  • Maintain and update test cases, test plans, and quality checklists.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or inconsistencies.
  • Work under tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Remain available and responsive for urgent checks, as product issues can occur unexpectedly.



Requirements:

  • Fully equipped for remote work, including a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
  • A reliable, fast computer capable of running multiple tools and test environments.
  • A stable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and workflow.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in QA or software testing with an understanding of testing methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze, document, and communicate issues with clarity and precision.
  • Availability to work in the Amsterdam time zone (CET), from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

  • Eager to learn Automation QA workflow or have experience with them.
