Sales and Partnership Manager (Poland)

π We are looking for a Sales and Partnership Manager for the Polish market who will help expand our partner network in Poland and drive sales growth π΅π±
Working with partners at Ringostat means communicating with forward-thinking and experienced professionals β leaders in internet marketing, CRM systems, consulting, and more.
This is a commercial role within the partner channel, where you sell the value of cooperation with Ringostat, help partners increase the efficiency of their clientsβ businesses through Ringostat services, and focus on your key metric β partner-generated leads π

At least 1 year of experience in sales, partnership development, sales management, or customer-facing roles

π― Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing partners: maintain regular communication, build trusted relationships, and help partners sell Ringostat services more effectively to their clients
- Drive partner lead flow: your main KPI is the quantity and quality of leads generated by partners
- Educate and motivate: conduct presentations, workshops, and mini-trainings for partner teams
- Build deep relationships: work with different levels within partner companies β from executives to account managers and sales teams
- Analyze performance: maintain structured reporting, identify growing/declining partners, and increase their engagement
- Represent Ringostat at events: conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and offline networking
