Middle Full-Stack Developer

We are expanding the delivery team and hiring a Middle Full-Stack Developer for a large-scale energy project in the active delivery phase.

The solution operates in the energy domain and supports core business processes, requiring high reliability and engineering discipline.

The project is a long-term enterprise implementation in which development is closely integrated with delivery, QA, and product processes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement technical solutions based on business and functional requirements
• Contribute to system design discussions together with architects and senior engineers
• Develop high-quality backend and frontend code following best engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality
• Write and maintain unit tests
• Integrate system components into end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate closely with QA engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
• Work with production data and complex business logic
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Support system stability and incremental improvements in a live environment

Required skills:

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and solid understanding of OOP principles
• Hands-on experience with Spring and/or Java EE
• Working knowledge of XML and JSON
• Experience building multi-tier or client-server applications
• Practical experience with unit testing
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Good SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Understanding of basic asynchronous and concurrent programming concepts
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working on enterprise-level or long-living systems
• Exposure to production environments and real business workflows
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
