Designer (IGaming)

We are currently looking for a Designer who will be responsible for creating visual assets for CRM communications within our Online Casino and Sportsbook products.The main goal of this role is to improve retention campaign performance through high-quality design that directly impacts Open Rate (OR), CTR, and overall user engagement. The Designer will work closely with CRM Managers, the Content team, and Marketing to ensure a consistent visual style across all communication channels.

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a designer in digital projects
  • Understanding of CRM design principles and digital marketing workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Experience creating creatives for email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of mobile-first design principles
  • Ability to work with briefs and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (OR, CTR, Conversion Rate)

 

Responsibilities

  • Create design materials for CRM campaigns, including:
    • email banners and graphics
    • push and in-app visuals
    • promotional materials for campaigns, tournaments, and digests
  • Adapt creatives for different products (Casino / Sportsbook), GEOs, and audience segments
  • Maintain and improve CRM design templates
  • Optimize design performance based on A/B testing results (CTR, CR)
  • Prepare creatives in accordance with iGaming compliance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with CRM Managers and Content teams (briefs, revisions, deadlines)
  • Prepare assets for both regular and triggered CRM campaigns
  • Perform QA checks to ensure correct display across email, mobile, and web platforms
  • Contribute to developing visual approaches for retention mechanics
