What we do care about is your fluent English, your relentless proactivity, and your absolute hunger to learn, grow, and close deals. Who you are (Your Profile):
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1). You can write flawlessly and confidently, with the ultimate goal of getting on calls with clients from Europe and the US.
- Insanely Proactive: You don't wait to be told what to do. You bring ideas to the table, and if you don't know something, you figure it out.
- Energy & Resilience: Sales is all about testing hypotheses, facing rejections, and pushing through until you get a "YES." We need someone who is energized by this challenge, not intimidated by it.
- Great Communicator: You know how to formulate your thoughts clearly, politely, and persuasively.
What you will do (After comprehensive onboarding):
- Actively search for potential B2B clients (Lead Generation) using LinkedIn, Upwork, Email, and other professional platforms.
- Craft, test, and optimize cold outreach campaigns.
- Dive deep into the IT services market, analyze competitors, and build targeted contact lists.
- Qualify leads and help prepare the groundwork for client calls.
- Learn non-stop: you will be directly involved in mastering how to sell complex tech solutions to global businesses.
