About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SMS & VoIP Carrier Manager with a strong background in iGaming to join us on a part-time / hourly consulting basis.

This role is focused on improving the quality, stability, and performance of our SMS and telecom transmission channels across multiple GEOs. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of carrier infrastructure, deliverability metrics, pricing models, and maintains an active network of reliable providers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize current SMS and VoIP routing infrastructure
  • Improve SMS deliverability and voice answer rates across target GEOs
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance transmission quality
  • Identify filtering issues and propose routing improvements
  • Manage relationships with SMS and telecom providers
  • Source and introduce high-quality direct carriers and aggregators
  • Optimize cost-to-quality ratio across channels
  • Provide ongoing strategic consulting through regular calls and performance reviews

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in iGaming working with:
    • SMS channels
    • Telecom / Voice
    • Email infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of:
    • A2P vs P2P routing
    • Direct routes vs aggregators
    • GEO-specific compliance and regulations
  • Deep knowledge of global SMS/VoIP providers and pricing structures
  • Clear understanding of key metrics:
    • SMS Deliverability Rate
    • DLR (Delivery Reports)
    • Filtering & blocking mechanisms
    • Voice Answer Rate
    • Cost per Delivered Message
    • Throughput & latency
  • Established network of carrier and routing providers
  • Ability to conduct audits and provide actionable optimization strategies
