Senior Frontend Developer (React, Next.js, TypeScript) to $3300

Stubbs is a remote-first team crafting complex web and mobile solutions for startups and SMBs, with a strong focus on fintech and web3 domains. We primarily work with JavaScript-based technologies and partner with clients across the USA & Europe

We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with 5+ years of commercial experience to join our collaborative, agile team.

Responsibilities

— Build and ship production-ready UI in React + Next.js + TypeScript (new features + improvements)

— Develop reusable UI components and keep the codebase clean and scalable

— Connect UI to backend services via APIs and handle common frontend flows

— Improve performance and UX where it matters (rendering, bundle size, page speed)

— Review code, share feedback and keep the team aligned on frontend standards

— Work closely with product, design, and backend to estimate tasks and deliver features in iterations

— Direct cooperation with the clients’ teams (staff augmentation)

Requirements

— 5+ years of commercial experience in React, NextJS & Typescript

— Experience with state management (Redux or alternatives)

— Confident with modern build tooling (Webpack/Vite, etc.)

— Experience with UI libraries (Tailwind, MUI, etc.)

— Verbal English level B2 or higher

— Hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc)

— Strong analytical skills, responsibility, self-motivation, and involvement

Will be a plus

— Experience working on fintech or web3 projects

— Knowledge of mobile app development tech stacks (native or cross-platform)
