About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to become the single point of contact for several large B2B clients using our trading platform.
You will own client communication across the full lifecycle of feature requests, change requests, and releases โ€” while ensuring internal development teams stay protected from chaotic interruptions and shifting priorities.
This is not a sales role and not a support role.
 This is a structured, assertive, process-driven position at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Client Communication & Ownership
 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients
  • Consolidate and structure incoming requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Manage expectations, priorities, and timelines
  • Lead regular client sync meetings
  • Communicate releases, changes, and rollout plans

Request Management & Structuring
 

  • Transform business requests into structured, actionable development tasks
  • Ensure requests contain sufficient detail before estimation
  • Classify requests (incident / minor change / feature / consultation)
  • Maintain a transparent and up-to-date client backlog

Internal Coordination
 

  • Initiate and coordinate estimations with engineering
  • Participate in planning sessions
  • Track task progress and proactively communicate risks
  • Escalate blockers when needed

Process & SLA Control
 

  • Enforce defined request intake and prioritization processes
  • Ensure SLA compliance for incidents and responses
  • Protect sprint integrity (no uncontrolled priority changes)

Release & Change Management
 

  • Inform clients about upcoming releases
  • Coordinate feature rollout and approvals
  • Collect structured post-release feedback



Requirements
Must Have
 

  • 3+ years in B2B software environment
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, estimation, planning)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and APIs
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools
  • Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (C1)

Nice to Have
 

  • Experience in Fintech / Trading platforms
  • Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, backend/frontend architecture
  • Experience in regulated or high-load systems
