Account Manager (Advertiser Partnerships)

We are looking for someone who can turn partner relationships into long-term revenue.
*Role Mission:
Build strong advertiser partnerships, improve cooperation terms, and drive performance growth through data, insight, and strategic communication.
*Key Responsibilities:
β’ build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers
β’ negotiate payouts, caps, testing budgets, and exclusive terms
β’ analyze traffic performance and campaign efficiency
β’ understand partner needs and align traffic to meet their goals
β’ improve results through insights and feedback loops
β’ monitor traffic quality and KPI compliance
β’ identify scaling opportunities and growth potential
*Weβre looking for someone who:
- has experience in Account / Partner Management
- is a confident negotiator who creates win-win outcomes
- is data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on metrics
- understands CR, EPC, ROI, LTV and performance indicators
- understands performance marketing (dating is a plus, not required)
- has proven cases of successful partner deals & collaborations
- communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently
*Nice to Have
β’ experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or ad networks
β’ experience working with Tier 1 markets
β’ understanding of compliance and traffic quality standards
