Account Manager (Advertiser Partnerships)

We are looking for someone who can turn partner relationships into long-term revenue.

 

*Role Mission:

Build strong advertiser partnerships, improve cooperation terms, and drive performance growth through data, insight, and strategic communication.
 

*Key Responsibilities:

β€’ build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers

β€’ negotiate payouts, caps, testing budgets, and exclusive terms

β€’ analyze traffic performance and campaign efficiency

β€’ understand partner needs and align traffic to meet their goals

β€’ improve results through insights and feedback loops

β€’ monitor traffic quality and KPI compliance

β€’ identify scaling opportunities and growth potential
 

*We’re looking for someone who:

- has experience in Account / Partner Management

- is a confident negotiator who creates win-win outcomes

- is data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on metrics

- understands CR, EPC, ROI, LTV and performance indicators

- understands performance marketing (dating is a plus, not required)

- has proven cases of successful partner deals & collaborations

- communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently

 

*Nice to Have

β€’ experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or ad networks

β€’ experience working with Tier 1 markets

β€’ understanding of compliance and traffic quality standards
